Cristiano Ronaldo’s first game in Saudi Arabia is expected against Paris Saint-Germain and Lionel Messi. He is likely to feature in the friendly match between Les Parisiens and an All-Star XI made up of Al Nassr and Al Hilal players. PSG have officially announced that they will travel to Riyadh for the Al-Nassr/Al-Hilal XI on January 19. Ronaldo and Messi will meet in the game. On January 19, the aforementioned match will be played at King Fahd Stadium in Riyadh.

According to Al-Nassr manager Rudi Garcia, the legendary Portuguese player will play a friendly match ahead of his Saudi professional league debut. Ronaldo will also headline the All-Star XI, it has now been revealed. He will be in charge of Riyadh’s mixed team when they face Messi and his teammates.

The General Authority for Entertainment in Saudi Arabia’s Turki Al-Sheikh confirmed the information on Twitter. On social media, he shared a video of himself giving the five-time Ballon d’Or winner the armband.

Cristiano Ronaldo is yet to make his Al Nassr debut. Although Cristiano Ronaldo will be involved in this week’s friendly against Paris Saint-Germain, it’s important to remember that he hasn’t played for Al Nasr yet. He couldn’t play for Al-Aalami despite joining the team at the end of December.

The 37-year-old has missed Al Nassr’s last two games after being suspended for smashing an Everton supporter’s mobile phone last April. He is now likely to make his debut for the new team when they face Ettifaq in the Saudi Pro League on January 22. Lionel Messi led Argentina to their first FIFA World Cup title in 36 years in Qatar last month. He has proven that at 35 he is still in top form.

Lionel Messi is another famous star that the Middle Eastern nation is hoping to attract to the country. Saudi professional league powerhouses Al Hilal are said to be intent on signing the Paris Saint-Germain superstar whose contract expires this summer. We’ll have to wait and see if they can close the deal.
